Fourth of JulyReal Estate Magazine

Extra! Extra! Read all about our big scoop—In Real Estate Magazine!

GIGANTIC art exclusive only to be read in REM!

Where is Mad Cad going? You will have to read the paper to find out.

Want to read about the Mendocino 4th of July parade breaking (or braking) news in the new issue of Real Estate Magazine?  I’ll not give it away, and its NOT on the front page.  YOU WILL HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT AND REPORT BACK. LOL.

We encourage you to read the paper, Real Estate Magazine that is!!

After much arm-twisting from our readers at mendocinocoast.news, we now have added a way to comment on the site for subscribers. Its easy to subscribe and free. There were some glitches early on those have since been fixed. We made it much easier. So comment away!

I saw supervisor Ted Williams out on the byways and twisted his arm to read it .He promised he would but you know how politician promises go!  Just kidding Ted.

Anyway, for the rest of you non-solons, you have to read about the art movement in another state that Larry Fuente and his sponsor created with our biggest piece of art. I am going to try to persuade KOZT or KZYX to break this story for the parade. Tom and Vicky are the true veterans and unsung heroes (until now, la da da, now they are sung) of the parade, but we shall see.

It is actual some heavy and garrish art news!

Most of the issue is devoted to photos of the parade taken by Larry Wagner, the great photo man, with many additional photos by yours truly, happy to learn from Larry anytime I can!

Of course, Zida Borchich is the Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle and Aaron Judge of the Real Estate Magazine and I’m one of her pinch hitters. She has put out a fabulous magazine all these years and is also unsung, except when she is singing sultry jazz. So let’s fix that too.  Nah, nah, nah, nah, Hey Zida!
